Griffin Burgess, MHA, LNHA — Director of Operations & Administrator
Griffin brings an extensive background in geriatric care, assisted living, long-term care, and hospice administration. As a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) with a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), he has served in leadership roles across multiple senior care settings, always focused on elevating quality, improving family experience, and creating compassionate environments for older adults.
At Compass Hospice, Griffin oversees operations with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of what families truly need during the end-of-life journey.
